TRC holds an introductory workshop in the telecommunications sector for the Judiciary

As the judiciary is considered one of the guarantees of investment in all its forms, the estimating of the extent to which this guarantee is achieved is highly dependent on the efficiency of the judiciary and its ability to deal with specialized cases and disputes related to the telecommunications sector. According to the requirements mentioned in the 2018 government policy on telecommunications, information technology and postal sectors, article (59), and out of TRC’s belief in the role of the Jordanian judiciary and the importance of benefiting from the available judicial expertise, TRC decided to hold an introductory workshop for the judiciary, to highlight some of the telecommunications and information technology key functions through providing a brief explanation of the main topics related to the telecommunications sector.
